When is the best time to visit Blue Ridge Parkway?

The Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia is best visited between March and October, as parts of the drive will not be accessible the rest of the year because of wintery conditions. Autumn is the best time to visit as the Blue Ridge Parkway comes to life with leaves bursting into spectacular colours and blanketing the landscapes as far as the eye can see.
