Weather

The states of Texas and Louisiana can be visited year-round thanks to their mild climates. The spring and autumn seasons are the best periods to travel as you will have pleasantly warm days and cool nights perfect for outdoor exploration. Expect highs between 19°C and 27°C from late February to late May and September to early November. Summers are hot and humid, making for uncomfortable conditions between June and August, and winters are milder than in other parts of the world with daytime highs ranging from 11°C to 19°C depending on where you visit within the states.
