When is the best time to visit Toronto?

Toronto has a milder climate than most of Canada, moderated by Lake Ontario. Summers (June-August) can get hot while winters are less severely cold. The best time to visit Toronto is June to September with temperatures ranging 20-27°C. It’s coldest in winter (December to March), driest February to March, and comfortably mild in spring (April-May) and autumn (September-October).

What is the time difference between the UK and Toronto?

Toronto is in Eastern Standard Time GMT – 5 hours, with Daylight Saving Time (+ 1 hour) March to November.

What places combine well with Toronto?

Toronto is a great base to explore much of southern Ontario. It’s the gateway to Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake (1.5 hours away), while Algonquin, Blue Mountains, Kingston and Muskoka Lakes are all two-three hours’ drive from the city.
