When is the best time to visit Blue Mountains?

Blue Mountains has its driest, sunniest weather in summer (June-August), while it’s very cold in winter (December to March). The weather is comparatively dry February-March, and wettest April-May and October-November. Harvest season in September-October is a particularly attractive time to visit.

What is the time difference between the UK and Blue Mountains?

Blue Mountains is in Eastern Standard Time GMT – 5 hours, with Daylight Saving Time (+ 1 hour) March to November.

What places combine well with Blue Mountains?

Blue Mountains is 2.5 hours’ drive from Toronto to the south and two hours from Tobermory to the north, so makes a good stopover en route from Toronto to Tobermory and Manitoulin Island. It’s also about two hours’ drive from the Muskoka Lakes region.
