This unique lodge offers unparalleled opportunities to view polar bears up close in the frozen wilderness outside Churchill.

Tundra Buggy Lodge is surrounded by the stark beauty of the subarctic landscape in the Churchill Wildlife Management Area. This unique lodge is not just a place to stay; it's an adventure that begins with the very first glimpse of its unique design, reminiscent of a space station on the tundra.

The lodge is made up of two units, Hearne and La Perouse, named after historic explorers, each offering cosy sleeping berths with panoramic windows for uninterrupted wildlife observation. Each humidity-controlled room has washroom facilities and outdoor viewing platforms as well as reading lights, personalised temperature settings and WiFi.

Thanadelthur Lounge acts as a communal hub, complete with panoramic windows and a rooftop observation deck, providing a 360° view of the tundra - ideal for aurora borealis sightings. Evenings are spent dining on delicious home-cooked meals, and enjoying presentations by Polar Bears International.
