Cocktails of Canada: The Caesar
how to make a caesar cocktail
Prepare for your holiday to Canada by sipping on a Caesar cocktail, which was first invented at the Calgary Inn in Alberta in 1969. A close relative of the Bloody Mary, the Canadian version includes tomato and clam juice, and may be garnished with anything from a simple stick of celery and a wedge of lime, to pickles, clams, and even bacon! Canada’s official cocktail is celebrated every May on National Caesar Day.
