When is the best time to visit Miami?

The best time to visit Miami is from early November to early May with the clearest skies, most sunshine and comfortable temperatures averaging 17-28°C. Christmas, spring break and Easter are always very busy tourist periods. June to September is the hottest, rainiest period with temperatures over 30°C, often oppressive humidity with regular storms and overcast conditions. This is the worst time to visit Miami. August to October is peak hurricane season with windy conditions and occasional strong storms.

What is the time difference between the UK and Miami?

Miami uses Eastern Standard Time (GMT – 5), observing Daylight Saving Time (GMT – 4) March to November.

What places combine well with Miami?

Miami combines well with destinations in southern Florida and the east coast. Everglades National Park is just under an hour’s drive south-west, the Florida Keys are also an hour south, while Key West at the tip of the Keys is four hours’ drive from Miami. Miami also combines well as a stopover to Latin American and Caribbean destinations.
