These months offer warm, sunny days and pleasant, cool nights perfect for exploring this historic city. Mid-April to May the gardens at Magnolia Plantation come into full bloom, and throughout spring and autumn Charleston comes alive with numerous top-notch festivities. Expect daytime highs between 19°C to 27°C. Summer bring intense heat and humidity with daytime temperatures reaching up to 32°C, but you can easily cool off at one of Charleston’s beautiful beaches. Winter brings cooler temperatures with highs between December and February in the mid-teens.
