When is the best time to visit Great Bear Rainforest?
Bear-viewing season runs from June to October and is particularly good August to October during the annual salmon run. Summer (June-August) is the warmest time to visit, while spring (April-May) and autumn (September-October) are also good, while winter (November to March) is coldest and wettest. Rainfall is relatively high throughout the year – it is a rainforest after all.
What is the time difference between the UK and Great Bear Rainforest?
The Great Bear Rainforest is in the Pacific Time Zone (GMT -8:00) and switches to Pacific Daylight Time (GMT -7) on the second Sunday in March until the first Sunday in November.
